李慧芳

一、个人简介

李慧芳,女,博士,硕士生导师。20176月获中国海洋大学硕士学位,20218月在厦门大学近海海洋环境国家重点实验室获得博士学位,20218月至今为江苏海洋大学校聘副教授。

目前主持国家自然科学基金-青年科学基金项目、连云港市博士后基金和江苏省自然资源部滨海盐沼湿地生态与资源重点实验室课题等项目,参与国家基金重大研究计划-重点项目、面上项目及欧盟委员会项目(EU-Horizon 2020)多项。入选江苏省科技副总,连云港市“花果山英才计划”-双创博士。近年来一直从事于海洋中病毒生态学及水产养殖病害防治研究。已在Microbiology SpectrumEnvironmental MicrobiologyJournal of Geophysical Research: OceansFrontiers in microbiologyCommunications Biology等权威刊物发表SCI论文16篇。

通过微生物学、生态学、海洋学等技术手段,研究近岸及大洋环境中海洋病毒的生物地理学分布、多样性及其与宿主相互作用;

水产养殖病害防治(噬菌体治疗和海洋来源的活性天然产物)。
